Orna has been working for 25 years in the area of counselling and psychotherapy. She is presently in private practice in Killaloe Co Tipperary. Over the last 15 years she has been exploring meditation and is studying in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. She also has a strong interest in creativity and mindfulness and facilitates mindfulness and spontaneous painting workshops in Killaloe.
Orna facilitates the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme developed by Jon Kabat Zinn .

She is in continuous training and supervision with The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice in Bangor University.
